Your code can be found inside the original Phlink box, written on a sticker attached to the CD-ROM sleeve, or you may have received it by email.
* Note: if you own one of the older Phlink Telephone Adapters (purchased in 2003), you will also need a hardware upgrade. Please contact our sales department for details. The newest telephone adapter has a detachable USB cable and works perfectly with Phlink 4. The older telephone adapter is labeled "TA-01" and has a beige, non-detachable, USB cord. Software upgrade price from version 3 is $39.95 (USA/Canada) or €39.95 (rest of the world).
Note: if you own multiple licenses of Ovolab Phlink (multiline setup), you will need to upgrade each of them.
Upgrade licenses from version 1 of Phlink are available for US$ 109.95 (USA/Canada) or €109.95 (rest of the world). Upgrade licenses from version 2 of Phlink are available for US$ 79.95 (USA/Canada) or €79.95 (rest of the world).
Note: If you purchased Phlink from a reseller after the release of Phlink 4 (January 15, 2008), and if for any reason the package you received does not contain version 4, you are eligible for a free upgrade.
